eRoom
A multinational client in the service industry has been using eFacility's Document Management module as an eRoom for a number of years to:
- Manage electronic documents for more than 700 facilities
in several divisions
- Provide rapid and easy access to all documents
- Store electonic copies of each facility's environmental reports such as Phase I, II and III reports
- Monitor the production of new environmental audit reports required for decision making
For divestments
- Allow potential purchasers (lawyers, developers) to view the documents for just the facilities in a given divestment portfolio
For acquisitions
- Allow corporate officers and lawyers to access and review the acquisition documents as they are produced
