Managed Service

The primary route to enter and use eFacility is through a Managed Service, accessed via eFacility®.

A Managed Service is where the user outsources the provision and management of the eFacility® software and systems to the eFacility business (effectively a managed service provider), paying a regular monthly subscription fee.

The Managed Service is complemented by a Support Service which provides telephone based support to users.

The advantages of outsourcing the provision of the eFacility® services includes:

  • frequent upgrades and access to the latest tools
  • telephone based support that can look at the same page as the user
  • immediate big fixes
  • Service Level Agreement
  • no hardware or software capital expenditures
  • no IT overhead
  • no plug-ins
  • a disaster recovery system
  • data back up
  • Service can be expanded to include data management and other consultancy services
