Technical Support is available within normal business hours to answer your queries and help resolve any problems.

Problems with eFacility® or your Microsoft IE browser

There may be times when you encounter either an error in the code or a malfunction of your browser.

Before calling the Technical Support, please try the following first:

  • close your Microsoft IE browser window, open a new one and revisit the page that reported the error

  • if this doesn't fix the problem, reboot your machine

  • duplicate the same problem on another PC

  • Check the FAQ section

If the above actions don't solve the problem, then please contact Technical Support with the following information:

  1. name, company and email address

  2. browser and version (click on Help>About Internet Explorer)

  3. name of the project and the facility where you found the problem

  4. document the steps that you took to encounter the error (the error has to be repeatable for us to fix it ) - for example; "I clicked on the GIS-Viewer link from the Left Menu for facility X and the following error message appeared.."

  5. a screen grab showing the error (Alt & Print Screen and then paste into your email)
